Instead of simply eating more in an attempt to gain weight I would start some sort of fitness regime instead. Heavy weight lifting combined with protein shakes would be a good start. Muscle weighs more than fat, and it sounds like the current diet you are on is just an attempt to get fatter (chocolate, crisps, etc.). Any local gym or fitness club will be able to give you plenty of fitness regimes to increase your weight.

I know the problem. I am tall and thin too. I do not seem able to produce more fat. The best way is not to eat more garbage. It is better to start producing more muscles. When you stop that, your body can change the muscles in fat: so do not overdo this.

Eat healthy and be at ease with your body. People with low weight are generally healthier. I assume you have no complaints like abdominal pains?

hi, i've got no longer heard of this earlier. it may be form of stressful to bypass against genetics like this yet once you're extremely desperate and do the suited factor i think of you could. There are bars you're able to desire to consume (like on the action picture "imply females") that would desire to provide help to earnings weight. you're able to desire to objective thinking much less approximately how usually you consume and extra so how plenty you consume of what. in case you consume healthful you will no longer benefit any weight because of the fact there's no longer something there which could develop into fat. So consume issues with a great number of carbs, consume butter and peanut butter and stuff like that. i'm hoping you get this discovered and that i'm hoping your blood assessments come back healthful.

instead of having 3 meals and snacks in between, try eating a breakfast, lunch, and a big dinner. then drink a high calorie drink before going to sleep. eating snacks between meals boosts your metabolism. to lose weight, you do the opposite.

You could use a build up shake / drink which i think you can get from health food shops such as holland and barrat. My other half sometimes uses it for the same thing.

Good luck.
