i cut my foot by mistake but its fine now i want to know y am i vomiting?

the docter said i must get the anti tetnus injection and stiched my foot but or a week i am vomiting and feeling sick could it be the injection

Did he also give you antibiotics? If so it is probably a reaction to that. I've never heard of bad reactions to tetnus shots but if I were you I'd go back to the doctor.
