No.Urinary tract infections have to be treated by specific medications. I do not have the names right now, but my wife had one and the dr. told me that penicillian and drugs like that won't work. If it is mild case cranberry juice will help.

I've taken it for that before. Some people have unpleasant reactions to it though.
