mmmm---mmm. I really like cheese. It is just like wine or coffee. Within each type or style, there are so many variables and factors that influence its taste. It can be smooth and creamy, stinky or mild. You can sometimes even invision the season the cheese was produced.... Was it Spring when the cow was grazing on a certain thing growing in the young blades of grass?Cheese is a challenge. I like cheese.

I absolutely love love love cheese. I eat cheese most every single day. It is a good source of calcium also. I must say though there are some cheeses out there that I really dont care for. Have a nice day!

I'm a Chinese and cheese to me is 100% western ingredient, my parents do not eat cheese therefore I'm the only person that buying different kinds of cheese back home!
I like to have lot of cheese on pizza and pasta, I love all kind of cheese cakes, my favorite dessert is tiramisu. Cheese really brings me joy on my dinning table, sometimes it comforts me when I'm down.
