Given that the rate of global sea level rise is only 1 inch every 15 years - which, let's face it, really isn't something we should be too worried about - it seem to be a bit of a "using a nuclear bomb to crack a nut" solution!

OK, 1 thing its sience or cooking based. Water is cold the more oxygen in it. The water warm, the less oxygen is in it.
