Why is it that saved people raise more "HELL" than those people that don't claim to be saved?

I don't claim to be saved and I will never raise "hell" simply because I don't believe in it and I hate the whole idea. When people believe they are "saved", they mean saved from hell, saved for heaven, why should people who don't believe in this raise "hell"?

If you saw a building on fire and the occupants were unaware of it , would you raise more "HELL" then those who do not see the fire?
