I believe as many that when Lucifer fell and took 1/3 of the angels in heaven it broke God's heart. It was decided to create mankind so that God could give that lost love to those that would make the decision to love him. Many Mansions that will be prepared for us. That means the mansions are already there. now the choice. One can only enter Heaven through Jesus, Jesus was in fact the Creator of all things. (1 John 1 versus 1-4). The ten commandments were written by God the Son and Given to mankind in writing but existed long before creation. Those that obey the Commandments of Jesus and Believe in the Testimony of the Bible will enter the Kingdom washed clean of all sin and yes having become Pure Souls. During the second coming the Lord resurrects those that have died in Him and those in Him still living. Those that do not believe and still alive are destroyed and those that that died in unbelief will be raised at the third coming and then all sin is eliminated for eternity, There were a select few resurrected in Heaven now but until His second return all others are sleeping. Hope that addresses the comment. God Bless, Brother Tim

First you misquote the bible, In my father's house (not Kingdom) are many mansions, do you eally know how to interpretate that, Those mansions is symbolic, Why would we need mansions in heaven when the kingdom of God is within us. And why many mansions in heaven when we will rule & reign on this earth, Yes friend the Saints will come back with Christ to rule & reign on this earth, & not in heaven

I'm not sure what your question is. Jesus quote ends before your hyphen, for starters. I have usually seen the above quote stated like this:

"You believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house there are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, then I shall come back and recieve you unto myself, that you may be with me."

Kingdom, as in "Kingdom of God", mentioned many times in Scripture, certainly does imply a King (God) and subjects (the rest of Creation).

Well yes we are all subjects of God but we are also royalty. We are sons and daughters of God and therefore we will have heavenly mansions and riches beyond compare. Not to mention the spiritual weath and wealth of knowledge.

If one interprets properly it would read, "in my fathers house are many dwelling places"
Click on the link and then click on mansion-it brings you to the greek definition.
