well sex in public area would be considered public indecency if you were caught. If you are a student at the institution I would imagine they would also have strict rules about doing that and I am sure expulsion might be a possibility. you can use your own moral judgment on whether you think it is wrong or not. But many people like the excitement of having sex in semi-public places.

In school or another "public" venue, you would most likely also violate laws against public indecency or committing a lewd act, or other such statues.
Besides, have you SEEN the state of cleanliness in most public bathrooms? Is that a place you want to expose random-but-usually-covered-up bits of your anatomy?

No Sir, it is not wrong, illegal perhaps, but never wrong. Fate favors the bold and when opportunity knocks one is obligated to answer. Public toilets are usually cleaned every 4 to 6 hours, girls usually shower once a day if ur lucky, so it's not gross. If it is gross, then we are gross friend, but it's kinda nice.
