some noise in the swollen umbical cord+swollen lower stomach+swollen area goes down when the baby stools + some immediate relief.the baby is 3 months old

What you are describing doesn't sound like an umbilical hernia to me. This sounds more like an intestinal issue.

Please call your child's primary care physician with a description of what you're seeing and I believe the infant should be examined as soon as possible (today would be best.)
