Why on earth did you do that! Now it's going to scar and scars take between 6 months to 2 years to heal! Some never do! And popping pimples only worsens the problem because of bacterial exposure. Never ever EVER pop your pimples. I would try a repair cream before going to bed or elactoplast.

you probably shouldnt have done that!! i wouldnt touch it, just go to the doctors. If the pin wasnt clean then you may well have got an infection in the spots. And if your spots are worrying you anyway ask your doctor about some cream to clear them up, works wonders.

YIKES!

NO, do not use Clorox on your face!

If you cannot get to a doctor, try Hydrogen Peroxide on each open sore, and then apply Neosporin or another type anti-biotic cream.

If you do not have Hydrogen Peroxide, then you could use rubbing alcohol, but it will burn and then apply Neosporin or another anti-biotic cream.

Don't do that again!

and see a doctor please, asap!

Unless you're looking for some phenomenal scaring on your face, you'd better not do that and get yourself to a dermatologist instead!
