how can I get more free channels from my sky box?

you can't . at first ( back in the good old days ) when bsb and sky were competing, then you could get loads , but now they are 1 they can charge for nearly everything except bbc and the odd foreign one, my adice is to forget playing with that and get a digital receiver . there are more free channels on that . cheers square eyes.
