This is not as dangerous as some people here suggest. Toxins can be eliminated in other ways. The human body can retain excreta for quite a long time, especially when it detects that it is functioning under survival conditions. ( This trigger may have been accidentally set off by some event in your personal life: personal loss, great stress... ) It also happens when people follow a severe diet, or fast completely.
You should, however, consult a physician, as this may be a symptom of something more serious affecting your bowels or gall bladder.
Until you see your physician: eat foods with lots of fibres ( most fruits and vegetables ), and walk at least an hour a day.

Are you serious?? I think you should check if something is wrong.
Bowels are waste products that HAVE to be removed from your body. You should have at least one bowel movement a day. If you do not clear your bowels, you are basically accumulating toxic waste in you.
There are several ways to improve bowel movements. You can try colon cleansing or colon hydrotherapy. Or if you wish, adopt a detox diet. There are several tips that you can get for free here http://www.detox-diet-tips.com

You're supposed to have a bowel movement once every few days.... You should have gone to a physician five weeks ago.
So why are you still reading this? GO!

Consult an undertaker. You would be dead from the toxins that would build up in your system.
