Hello Donny:
I cannot imagine you having any troubles finding a willing girl if you have a good, stable income and are free and clear of any marital ties with anyone else. To persue this farther, you need to be free of any criminal background (arrests, jail time, convictions, etc.). Assuming that you have all of that in qualifications...
Go to the Philippines and get out in the country side, not the CITY. I would recommend the area of Northern Luzon, North of Manila in say Isabela where the ladies are somewhat country and not citified (bar girls, etc.). There you will find many attractive, intelligent, and hard working ladies who also seek mates. I would avoid CEBU. You must visit the Philippines and conduct a legitimate romance to ever hope to bring your fiance back to the USA, if that is what you intend to do. (Assumes you are US Citizen.) Travel round trip to the Philippines will set you back around $1200 - $1500. Your expenses to travel the Philippines and spend roughly a month there will go for around $1500 - $3000 depending upon what you do, and where you go.
Look at site MatchDoctor dot Com and key in search for Philippines area with the appropriate age and family information (with without kids). What you seek is an honest country girl who has the idea that marriage is permanent (old school thought).
If you go the city girl route, they will be outta here as soon as they hit stateside, or soon there after.
Philippine girls are hard to judge agewise...They look young forever it seems. So you will need to check things out carefully.
Also, it is not uncommon that some Philippine girls have a husband that is gone... (not divorced from them). That is a total no - no for immigration purposes. You must choose a girl who has never been married and get proof of that.
Many filipina speak passable English, and write English with fair capability. So, talking with them is not all that hard, and their ideas and thoughts will probably not differ much from yours.
Plan on adopting (in a way) the parents and family of your filipina fiance. Most need financial assistance in the worst kind of way, and will expect you to help them financially over the long term.
I send money regularly to my wife's family to help them cope with the non existant job market there. It is just a thing that you do.
Reference: I married a Philippine Lady and it is the best decision I ever made. Hope you like rice...

Dude, grow up, be a real man and seek an equal female partner instead of trying to find someone who will always unquestioningly do your bidding because you're the one who earns the cash!
I know somebody who went the Russian m.o.b. route because he couldn't find a woman who met his wildly unrealistic qualifications (somebody around 25 years old [he was 10-12 years older at the time], good-looking [he's not], wealthy, but with her own money, not money from her family [he's got a good income, but no substantial wealth himself]). He married a Russian woman significantly more attractive than himself, but she spends his money (including large amounts that go to her family back home), won't get a driver's license, stays up all hours of the night (including watching TV loudly in their bedroom when he had to go to sleep at night) and sleeps all day, will not do housework or cook, and resists having sex with him as much as possible by claiming "headaches."
Everybody, EVERYBODY who knows this man laughs at him and his folly!
You don't get something for nothing, bucko.

You wouldn't look so hot if you were in a box for days with only holes poked in it either! But seriously, why not try the old fashioned method of going out to places where there are singles and go from there? You can also scan the dating sites on the net. Good luck.

its the post,,if you choose to pay only 1.99 p+p you have to expect them to arrive broken and with bits hanging off them,,like a mother in law,,if you read the small print it does say 'free gift included' and this is it. the postman doesnt help either,,they bend them and sit all over them making repackaging and return very hard.the inflatable ones are only slightly better with the added bonus that their is no communication problems but they to have their drawbacks,,your family think they are ignorant as they never say a word to understand, they always seem to come surprised and friends think the botox has gone mad and once they start sighing, well,,you will all feel deflated and wrung out.you are right tho,,it is hard. ;p

It is hard to answer a rhetorical question. Maybe you are looking in the wrong places or countries.
