No, if by this question do you mean the periods are the cause. Normally, irregular periods are caused by hormones that are unstable (if there is a medical cause and it is not just stress etc) which in and of itself causes acne.
For example, PCOS women have irregular periods due to hormonal imbalances, and one of the signs of the syndrome is acne.
Make sense?
It is hormones and genetics kiddo, sorry :-(

It might depend on the person. I used to have irregular periods and I'd get pimples right before or during the time I'd menstruate. Now that my periods are regular, I still have the same problem. To deal with the pimples (if they're on your face like mine) I suggest something like clearasol.

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.

In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.
