i thought ginseng was a herb that gives energy.. i recently bought a coffee with ginseng in it.. i didnt know it was chinese viagara

Ginseng is supposed to give you energy for... all kinds of things. It is not really viagra, but some people feel having extra energy can result in a better *performance*.

Korean ginseng is supposed to have aphrodisiac properties (but not as strongly as Viagra!). American ginseng does not.

It gives you energy and is generally good for you. I don't think it is a supplement for viagra.
