Her voice grates on my nerves. Unfortunately the people I work with have the radio tuned to a station that plays that kind of music. I prefer something a bit more lively.

I also prefer more lively music, however for a romantic, she's ok, and she has got an amazing voice - I think she's in the same bracket as Celine Dion / Maria & a little Whitney. She's going to be good - I hope they don't ruin her, and I hope she has what it takes to make it big if she can do it herself.
All that said, that type of music is ok once in a while - I still prefer rock...

OK she won x factor and yes she can sing but the usual with these ' make a star' shows, they make one song and possibley one album and we never hear from them again.
Few people have made it after,maybe Kelly clarkson and lamar have really made it internationally and to some some extent will young.
So hopefully we will stop hearing all about leona or mayeb just maybe she will write her own song...........but she can sing...giver her that much, just that the radio stations do need to find other songs in order to give listeners more diversity.

I didn't watch the programme and am GUTTED she knocked Take That off number 1. Her voice is good but I've not heard her song played that much (I listen to Capital Radio). If you're lucky she'll be a one hit wonder or do a different style of song next that might not annoy you so much.

Although her style of music is not my taste, you cannot deny that she has an awesome talent, she can sing with such power. The only thing that annoys me about her really is the way she waves, like a stupid little girl, if they fix the way she waves then she would be better.

She has a truly amazing voice and deserves to have a number 1. She possibly has the best UK female singing voice and i hope she remains a huge success.

I feel bad for you, I've heard it on the radio a bit but am lucky that because the song is so forgettable it hasnt had any long term effect.

its not usually my kinda music but i don't actually mind it! at least you don't have to listen to classic fm all day like we do in my office! now thats really irritating!
