This should be (literally) something like "You are of greatest kindness", meaning "you are very kind".
It should be "Anata wa mottomo shinsetsu desu." in Romaji.

The sentence looks like it's been machine-translated from "you are most kind" - intelligible but so unnatural. The reading is "anata wa mottomo shinsetsu desu".

Closest I could get with translating in word was the forth characther from the end was KIND...

I tried again with the free translator But you have not told us what language this is- If Japanese this is what they said...

This is nothing to do with the question but how on earth do the keyboards do that? There isn't an alphabet in chinese is there? So there would have to be hundreds of keys...
