I think you need to do your own homework.
You can search on-line for all these answers, or just read your text book.
I hope you do find the answers through your own research and not because someone else has given you the answer.
I would like to think we can rely on health professional and care workers that have done their homework and the importance of personally knowing these answers legitimately.
10 out of 10 for trying the easy option, but how would you know if the answer some one gave you was accurate unless you had researched it yourself?
Laws change from year to year.

Risks are:
1. Electrical hazards , caused by faulty electrical wirings.
2. Bio hazards - coming from contaminated of infected specimen samples i like blood, urine, saliva, mucus,
3. chemical hazards - some chemicals used maybe corrosive or toxic
Based on these three PPE - Personal Protective Equipment should be worn at all times; gloves, gown, goggles, and masks to avoid contamination and to prevent harm.

She doesn't need to give up, she needs to go to the library to learn these things, rather than asking other people to tell her them.
Hear that? ;) Many of us could answer these questions, but you need to be able to answer them yourself, so have a study day in the library, look around on the internet at reputable sites (i.e. Department of Health or World Health Organisation) You'll find the answers easily, trust me, I've been there.
Good luck with your questions x
