If you have to ask, then you must be trying to avoid some major personal issue. I'd suggest going to the pub and work it out over a pint of lager.

Go to the pub, don't drink any alcohol..mix and socialise enjoy.
You deserve a break don't forget that. It makes you more energised for the afternoon tasks!
Also remember you don't get paid for working through your lunch generally.
Lastly, is that job urgent or can it wait until after lunch?
