Jesus is not god or gods son
Jesus was human a messenger of god like all the other messengers
Jesus had a mercilass born ..... that's why they said that he's gods son
but he's same like adam .... god created them without a father .... adam had no mothers ....
do they consider adam the son of god too ? ... if not why ......

that's a great sin and disbelief towards god .....
he send Jesus to teach people to worship god
they worshiped Jesus instead ....
god bless you

Jesus is God's Son. You can read this in the Bible. In John 3:16 God gave His Son to save the world from judgement of sin and to give eternal life. Christians are all children of God by spiritual birth, born of the Spirit (John 3:6), not by natural birth.

"Son of God" is a phrase from the Tanakh (Hebrew Bible), and the New Testament meaning only "begotten", "unique", or "one and only". There is only one Jesus that was created by God.

Col 1:15 "Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature".

The Son and father then created all the spirit creatures or Angels calling them "Sons of God".

Gen 6:2 "That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they [were] fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose."

There were other occasions that the son of God was used (always in a "one and only" matter denoting the importance of the person) sometimes used for the state of Israel [Exodus 4: 22] or Kings [II Samuel 7: 14].

When criticized, Jesus said the Word says "WE ARE GODS!" Talking about the spirit within us being godlike. So why can't He say He's the Son of God?

Jesus Christ is the (only begotten) Son of God...

Spiritually, the word, Son goes beyond the limited context of our human progeny.

Jesus is the only begotten son of God, by virtue of his virgin birth. God's seed was supernaturally planted in a virgin (Mary) and He (Jesus) was born not having the sinful nature of natural man.

The rest of us, were born as the product of carnal intercourse between our fathers and mothers. In each case our biological fathers transferred the nature of sin that Adam received when he sinned in the garden of Eden.

Jesus was born sinless because he did not have man's seed in him: he was born of God's seed - making him spiritually born (or begotten) of God.

The good news is that Jesus died for our sins; paying the ultimate price for us to be (spiritually) born(again) by God's seed. So any of us that accepts the sacrifice of love he has given, would receive an opportunity to also be a child of God.

I'd be more than happy to speak further on this. Please email or IM me for more discussions. blessomania@yahoo.com

Where were you in the time at church where the only begotten son of God was being spoken of. You know..Jesus, son of God and son of Man. Born of a virgin, foretold of the angels. Perhaps one too many rap lyrics running around in your head made you forget.

yes. but God is a spirit and Jesus is human. we are the children of God thats why the church always tells us that we are the brothers and sisters of christ. did you go to the mass? its always on the priest's sermon... Jesus said " i confess to all mighty God and to you my brothers and sisters that i have sinned to my own fault in my thoughts and in my words and what i have done or what i have failed to do and i asked................ amen"

on our christology class, they always say that we are the children of God, it is because we are created by God through our mom and dad, like what God did to Mary and Joseph (though Joseph never even touched the tip of Mary's nails but she was pregnant and that child is Jesus.)

some sciences ascertained that we came from the monkeys- Charles Darwin ('the theory of evolution') but when Charles Darwin died, "......but still believe in God." his last words.
