Many do for both. Men are more likely to be after the "fun" and women emotional bonding. Don't forget hormones on this list. Humans are lead by hormones, and sometimes thaats reason enough for people to get to gettin.

Before marriage was invented, people were attracted to each other and engaged in sex. They didn't do it just to have babies. It was enjoyable. They did it for fun. Emotional bonding -- true emotional bonding -- took place independent of and complementary to the sex. Emotional bonding can take place outside of a sexual relationship.

Emotional Bonding. Im a guy and ill fill you in on a secret.. Guys do it for the emotional side, for connected ness. They wont admit that sometimes they wont even admit that to themselves. Promiscuous people are that way because thery are lonely and need Intimacy from another. Thats the way it is.

personally to share my love for my bf. its the most amazing and indescribable feeling ever. its so enjoyable and it does bond a couple!
