Yes, without question.
I know I'm going into a debate here.
Question: what is intelligence?
Can you improve yours?
I liken it to the couch potato that changes his or her life style.Starts working out. Exercising.
Improves the body's capacity for work.
The brain and the body are one, and ,if you mentally challenge yourself and exercise the brain you will become more proficient.at memory, intelligence and creativity.
No amount of excercising your brain will make you any better than you can be, but, you can be all you are able to be.
Answer, Yes

The mind is just like a muscle that needs to be used , so that it will not atrophy. So exercise your brain, by answering crossword puzzles, mind games, brain twisters, practicing mental computations, etc.
