firstly its no ones fault........the attraction between 2 people can not be hidden in this world of love.......you are probably asking this question for 2 reasons; 1: because you have a guilty conscious about it or 2: you feel something for him but dont want to have your best freind hating you.........well as i always say " their is a question in a question".......the questions running through your head is " do i? or dont i?" " will it last if i do? or what will the consequences be if i dont?" well firstly if she is a good friend of yours or not tell her the situation so she can deal with it or tell him that your not interested and rather leave the feelings behind when he is single and not in an awkward position for you and him......time will tell if it was meant to be or not.......just follow what your heart says and you will never go wrong.....hope this piece of advice has been helpful.......goodluck

Its ur fault if he's attracted to you because you give him signs and its in no way his girl's fault. If it was he would have opted out of the relationship and wouldnt be still seeing her and falling for you. Its his fault if you are not attracting or flirting with him, he shouldnt be checking out other girls when he has one of his own. If he wants to then he should end it with his present girl.
Hope this doesnt sound confusing!

Here's my take on this. I don;t see that there is a "fault" to blame, but here is a decent way to respond. If you like the guy, and want a relationship with him, then tell him to break up with his girl before you can start the relationship. You don't want to come across as a hussy. If he doesn't want to break up with girlfriend, then he just want to use you as an extra curricular. Not worth your time and emotion in that case.

It's your fault for teasing him and flirting with him knowing he had a girlfriend.

It's no one's fault, what happens, happens. It's all about what actions you and he take after you figure that out. He should be honest with his gf before getting involved with you.

It is no one's fault. 'All is fair in love and war'. Even if she does'nt fall for you, you can make her fall for you, this is also allowed.

Sounds like you fell for him, too. So, it took two to Tango. If you hadn't fallen for him, you would have brushed him off, no? But, no big deal. One non-marital relationship ended; one began.
