May be you are not able to express with confidence and they find you monotonous or is it that you want things to come to you at a fast pace. While getting into a relationship you have to think about the other person. Understand her and see the right time to propose. Just going bang on can be disaster. Hope you are not talking sex at first sight. Relationship need to be built before proposing.
