If you already have the beer without the alcohol, just add a shot of vodka to it and you have alcoholic beer again. Just that simple.

I have about two hundred of them. It's kind of a very general question. I'm not too sure about the other homebrewers on this site, but I don't think that I have ever gone back and brewed the same recipe twice. I should - just never have. I guess it just depends on what kind of beer you like.
