No one should have to cope with constant bullying in the home, the school or work situation. I don't know your age or situation but bullying is not acceptable at any age. If you are a young person you can get assistance from Social Care and Health or Child Line, whatever you could start by sharing your concerns with a trusted adult, maybe a teacher. If you are older and can't resolve it by communication you need to decide if you should leave, or is it bad enough to warrant the intervention or say the police or a domestic violence organisation who can advice and assist you. DV relates to physcological as well as physical abuse. Your local telephone book or library could give you contact numbers. If this is a serious question then be assured you do not have to cope with constant bullying, the bullying has to be stopped. All the best.

Usually bullying is between siblings and with maturity stops. However, some are not so lucky. Who is doing the bullying? Have you mentioned it to your parents? Why not speak to your school counselor about the problem. My heart goes out to you since I know so many that have suffered from this. One thing to remember, is someone who bully's usually has short comings of their own and that is why they pick on others. You need to try and stop letting this person get to you. After all, it is them self that has the problem and not you and they probably get off on how it effects you. So, don't let it, or at least don't let them see how it effects you.

You definitely need to provide more information.

Ultimately, though, it's going to depend on the cause of the bullying. The root needs to be gotten at and this may involve getting professional help from a psychologist to overcome whatever emotional stuff is going on to cause the bully to act that way.

It depends on the amount of bullying you are putting up with. Every kid puts up with some amount of bullying at some point. Being roughed up a little bit or teased is just a part of life. HOWEVER, if it gets to the point of knives, guns, weapons, losing blood, getting knocked out, theft, someone getting killed, or laws getting broken, call the police.

Write a play on bullying and have the children act it out, have the one who is the bully be the one who is going to be bullied, he will then get a taste of what it feels like to have others stomp on him.
