Definitely a restaraunt. The average person looking for a female and end up dating occurs when they go out to eat and meet eligible waitresses. That's a fact!

They're everywhere. depending on where you live, there might be different places where there is common gatherings for intended purposes. Typically malls are best to meet girls, if not shoppers then definitely working ones are the best I've ever met. You just need to start of being extra nice to them. ask them to have lunch with you at the mall, etc.. they like this stuff.
