I'd start by stopping buying all the processed packaged **** you are eating and go out and buy lots of fruit and veg, some chicken, lean mince, and some pork chops. Eat a balanced meal that you have cooked (not microwaved for gods sake), Grill all your food, apart from the mince which can be a 'sin' food and made into a still healthy bolognaise.
If you eat packed processed stuff and microwave dinners you will never, ever loose weight. They pump so mush sugar/salt and fat into it it's unbelievable! I only eat fresh lean food. If you are trying to lose weight then exercising is a good idea, try jogging three times a week.
Honestly I feel sick at the thought of eating packaged food. Do you even understand what mechanically recovered meat is? Sick!

This is probably not the answer that you want to hear, but you really should avoid eating as many microwave meals as you appear to be. They are high in concentrated salt levels and this can be dangerous in the long term for your heart. Also, being frozen, they are not as rich in nutrients that your body needs.
I would recommend that you eat as much fresh food as is possible. You can make filling, healthy salads by adding things such as fresh fish, grilled chicken and steamed vegetables to it.
Pasta is a good option too, as it is very filling.
I would also recommend joining somewhere like weightwatchers, as they can give you detailed programmes of what foods are good to eat as part of a weight loss programme. Good luck.

Why is everything processed? You must be spending a fortune!
If you are trying to lose weight and be healthy, stick to the fresh food aisles when shopping and forget the rest.
Go for fruit, veg, fresh lean meats and oily fish. Apples are a good snack. You burn more calories eating it than it gives you!
The microwave meals may be low in fat, but they often have a high sugar content, which just turns to fat anyway.
If you are stuggling for ideas, maybe look at a few of Gillian McKeith's books (You are what you eat). She maybe annoying but she talks sense. There are lots of recipes too.

One finds it difficult to stick to fancy food ideas for long.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

I agree that microwaved food is bleachhh, and not a healthy option. Is a microwave your only cooking appliance because you are in a dorm?
That might be hard to suggest another type of food then. If not, just go for fruits and raw veges, and steamed veges again plus an occasional meat like precut chicken breast and fish.

you need more protein. you should have a banana with a little peanut butter for breakfast. it will keep you full longer.
ham is too salty. try lean chx or fish without salt.
your diet needs variety!
lean cuisines are cheap and you can get them at Target much cheaper than most groceries. I used to love the potstickers one.
My advice. Cook instead. That stuff is filled with preservatives and chemicals.
I haven't touched a micromeal in two years. Skinnier than ever.

You don't sound like you are eating enough!
I've tried weight watchers meals and they are nice and have them with birds eye steamed veg to bulk it up.
I have melon and banana for breakfast, followed by 2 slices of weight watchers toast, gets your metabolic rate going if you have a larger breakfast.

You will never lose weight eating microwave meals, you need to be eating fresh fruit and vegetables, little and often is the key, as it really gets your metabolism working better. starving yourself allday and jus having one main meal is a bad route to go.
I just boutght a book called "superfoods superfast" it tells you everything you need to know about food, and what to eat if your looking to lose weight, acne problems, fatigue, etc. Also gives you quick and easy recipes.
