Well, just so you know, based on your typing, your English seems quite good.
I recommend reading a lot in English. Try reading articles on websites about things that interest you. This should increase your vocabulary and your knowledge of sentence structure. Also, listen to English radio, or lectures in English that you can find on the internet. The good thing about doing this is you can improve your English while listening to something that interests you in the meantime!
Good luck!

i assume you are living in iraq so to learn english fluently, its best to be around people who always speak it. Try visiting an english speaking country for some time. Or if you have access to the internet, you can buy many learning english books and cds which you can buy from places like amazon. Or start up a penpal who speaks english to help you. Best thing to do when learning any language, is to be exposed to it as much as possible, so listen to english music, watch engish tv and movies, read books and newspapers etc. Goodluck.

The American troops are there, if you would offer them some help in exchange for conversational English language, you may be able to find someone with time to help you learn English.

BOOKS!! Get western novels, historical novels, mysteries, anything, and read slowly. Look up what you don't understand. If you learn from movies, try to get a feel whether you are hearing "good": English or trash talk. You don't want to work hard and then sound like an uneducated, unsophisticated trouble maker.

Read books in English. Keep an English dictionary by your side and look up words you don't understand. Speak English as often and for as long as you can.

You need to speak it every day and as much as possible. Find a friend who is also learning and have conversations purely in English. Practice makes perfect.

don't buy dictionaries, there are chances that it will really make you overwhelmed... buy a book that helps you with your english vocabulary... if you know other languages, do NOT compare IT!!! because all the languages are TOTALLY DIFFERENT!!! but it is up to you... use both
