Well here are a couple of things you can do
1. First cut down on all kinds of fatty food, like fried stuff. Also stop drinking fizzy drinks, like Coke, and dring Juices and Water. Oh and No more chocolate!

2. Put on some dance music, turn the volume up, and dance for about an hour or more everyday.

3. Do you have a skipping rope around? Cuz those things usually work.

4. If you have stairs, run up and down 5-8 times.

5. Do about like 50 sit-ups a day (or push-ups, whichever you prefer)

6. Put 20 boxes on one end of the room and go stand at the other end. Now run, get a box, run back and place it on the groung and keep piling the boxes up. You can even use cans ...

U r trying to get a formula for doing something impossible. After all u took years to gain weight. Why can u not be patient in reducing?

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Eat so much that is really needed to keep you fit avoiding fat and spicy diet. Drink plenty of water. And above all, practice PRANAYAM, (exercise through breathing) and to learn you may view the AASTHA channel on the TV. This will keep you fit, free from diseases and reduce your weight.

may sound funny but i noe some people who drink 2-3 cups of green tea with thier normal diet and they lost 5-6 pounds in a week. they had the tea everyday.
