wait a minute. Spanish is the national language of the Dominican Republic. Sure, the Spanish isn't exactly mainland Spanish; however, you can use services such as 'babel.altavista.com' and 'www.freetranslation.com' for free basic translations. FreeTranslation.com has a paid service for more specific translations.

With the Spanish language having dialects for every nation or group colonized by Spain, I doubt you will be able to find a free service the translates Dominican Spanish to English. It's like having translation service for all pidgin forms of English (there are hundreds). Besides, mainland Spanish and Dominican Spanish (or any other Spanish Language variation) aren't THAT much different.
