What program do i need to buy if i whant to mix video clips?

if i want to make one of those highlight tapes you see for like the nba and nfl ontv all time what do i need to buy? plz help thanks

windows xp comes with Movie Maker, a pretty good video editing software. you can find it at start > programs > accessories. there is an update to the version that comes with windows, that you can get from windows update.
