Try being yourself and finding your strengths. Girls like flirting as long as it is believable. Don't ever tell a girl "If I tell you ,you have a nice body will you hold it against me?" You are likely to get punched. Look in her eyes,pick a feature of hers and compliment it.As long as it is believable you have started a good flirt.

I agree that she likes you. You should ask her what exactly is her concern about you not having kids. If it's not a problem for you, let her know that. Maybe invite her and the kids out for pizza as friends, see how you interact with her kids. If they're young, Chuch E Cheese is a great place because it involves everyone but the kids will go off and play, leaving you some time to chat a little.

eye contact and funny. talking and the occasional touch here and there (hand, arm hair) NOT breasts or down below!!(ive had this on more than one occasion.
But most importantly be yourself some guys are actually more obnoxious when flirting and thats so off putting. You want a girl to like you for you!!
