One of them's loud and spontaneous 24-7 and he won't stop GIGGLING! He throws loud parties with jellyfish, and has this fog horn for an alarm that goes off every frickin' morning.
My other neighbor's just as obnoxious...and dumb as a brick!

Talk to them and ask the to tone down. If they persist with the nois, make a police report.

Just be an annoying neighbor yourself. Get a loud car, let your yard grow up close to their houses side. Get a dog that wont shut up. There are many ways, you can even copy cat them..lol
