I wouldnt act on it, I just got out of a bad relationship with a co-worker of mine and now it causes awkward tension since i have to work directly with her. But you cant help who you fall for I say if you feel strongly for her you ask for her phone number and work your way into it slowly so its not too risky or awkward working with her.

I lost out a lot from being afraid asking. Regret it later in life.
Now I dont care, they can only say no. But they also takes it as a compliment so you dont have to feel stupid.

well if u lik her jst go for it, the worst thing tht can happen is says no right. plus if u fit lad then u'd no troble, plus if do ask her out make sure she's single lol.
or you could show her u fancy her by flirting or smilin at her and seein if she smiles bk.
or u try bein m8's with her then once u've got know her ask her out.
but i'm no relationships expert lol.

Just go and tell her that u like her and u are interested in her to take out for coffee/movie or lunch/dinner or walk/sea shore etc.

I believe its a big mistake to date co workers,once it goes sour where do you from there ? Your lively hoods are at stake

Oh please, ask her. . . I like this guy and i know he likes me too. But how can i ask him?? I'm just waiting for him to ask me. If you never ask, you will never know. You will have that feeling deep in your heart maybe forever.

Ask to see her in private and tell her how you feel. Ask her how she feels about you.
