Some dogs may develop sooner, depending on the diet and exercise they recieve.

You can expect a Jack Russell Terrier to reach adult height at about 8 months (any further growth will be minimal) and adult weight at 12-18 months.

As an ex-postman who has been bitten by these particular dogs more than any other, i feel i'm qualified to say between 8 and 12 months; or more importantly for the postman when they are agile enough to jump up and bite yer bottom. Happy new year.

Technically they are grown at one year old, but Russies maintain some puppy characteristics until they're about two. By the time he's three, he probably won't be so hyper.
