Thats not influenza lol. I also get that most mornings esp when its cold, not alot you can do about it except do a facial sauna and breath in warm humid air that usually helps.

It's NOT influenza !!!!!

You probably just have some congestion from your pillow (dust & other allergens), or you've developed some other allergies (possibly to your bedroom surroundings). Use a tissue and some nose spray, or if it gets too annoying, go to the doctor.

But it's NOT influenza !!!!!

It definitely sounds as though he is allergic to the bedding. It's the dust mite faeces in the pillows and bedding that people are usualy allergic to, or else feathers in pillows and bedding.

Strip your bed completely and wash all the bedding including the pillows at a minimum temperature of 60 degrees centigrade. While its washing, vacuum the mattress and the rest of the bedroom well, including behind the headboard of the bed. If your pillows are not washable, then put them in the freezer for several hours to kill off any dust mites. Re-make your bed and you will be amazed at the difference. you have to wash the bedding very regularly and keep vacuuming the mattress.

If you can buy dust mite proof mattress, quilt and pillow protectors, that will solve the problem too.

influenza is a virus, and you couldn't possibly get it every day. what you describe sounds like allergies. see a doctor.

Hi Dini,
I like "Sweet Breeze" answer.
You have allergy
Just change every thing in your bed room
OR clean every thing
Before starting washing everything, Please Wear a mask which covers your nose and mouth during cleaning.
I bet you will see the difference
