~Duh, get your lardaz away from the computer, get outside and (god forbid) do something physical. Of course, you already know that but you lack the self-esteem to care that you look and act like a bloated sea slug. Well, hey, guess what? I don't care either. But at least I burned more calories typing this response than you did in posting the question.

well ,the best way to increase your energy level is to get active at least once a day like walking or bicycling look at first its not easy you will have to push yourself but it will get easier and easier and you will feel better every day and then the other thing would be to eat healthy meaning less sugar and carbs and more protein and veggies and lots of water drink water every time your think of it like 8 glasses a day .and also try getting involved in a social group once a week and stay connected to your new friends i think all these things will truly help I'm not just saying it i did it and i feel so much better !!
