1. A girl coming up to you and asking you out is never going to happen, let that illusion go... It should happen, but it won't.
You need to ask girls out, approch a girl say hi start up a conversation or simply get to the point and say would you like to get some coffee, maybe get to know each other a little better....
If she says no, walk to the next one.... Eventually you get a yes, and faster than you think. Then you go out and if it works it works if not go back and start asking again.

Honey, sad to be the one that has to tell you this, but their is no way to find a girlfriend in any short period of time and many women may claim to know "the answer" but ditch you momentarily. In short, you have to decide what is important and act on that.
