I missed sex education classes and I want to know how to give birth to a baby I dont have much channels on my TV so I cant watch it

hi there well take it from me it happens how it happens and nothing you do will plan for the exact birth as it changes from minute to minute .....from no pain relief to full on and give me double of everything youve got .......no one can tell you how to give birth as it is different for every woman that has ever gone through it .....what i will say is its the quickest pain that you will ever have once you have that baby in youre arms .....good luck and take care xx

you can always go to an anti natal class they have birthing videos that may be able to help you. try your local library or surf the net
