by watching English news channels reading English newspaper
and most important is try to communicate in English and don't shy even if you are not confident of your grammer because no one is perfect , take the example of Kapil Dev when he won the world cup he could not speak proper english and now he speaks fluently the only thing is your dedication.

Find a teacher.
Somone who can correct you on grammer, and usage and that kind of thing. Basicly, somone would have to be with you, all the time.
Your question for example, "How can improve our english"
You forgot a "we"
Or if your talking about only you.. It would be "How can I improve MY english".
Chat rooms are good too. find somone willing to help you.

don't listen to the person who said you can't, of course you can....Practice...like the other person wrote, watch English speaking television, you can hear lots of different accents, the way things are pronounced, go to a "Phonics's" site, I am sure somewhere on the web there is one, how to pronounce words...Even the dictionary, it has the way the word is pronounced in parenthesis, just practice when and as much as you can......
