Hi Chikbeez! Try to take Buspirone at the same time of the day.
I far as I know that there are( Buspar 5 MG, 10 MG)( Buspar Dividose15 MG, 30 MG) The number of the tablets that you take depends on the strength of the medicine.
The dose of buspirone different for different patients. Follow the dirctions on the label. Your dose also depend on your AGE.
To start, 5 milligrams(MG) two or three times a day, OR 7.5 mg two times a day. YOUR DOCTOR may increase your dose by 5 mg a day every few days if needed.
one tablet in the morning and
one tablet in the evening.
this is for three days

then if you don't feel better
you can add one tablet, that is mean;
one in the morning,
one in the afternoon,
one at night.

Your medication is Buspirone and please Don't drink alcohol while you are taking Buspirone.
You may need to take this medicine for 1 or 2 weeks before you begin to feel better.

Don't forget when your doctor tell you stop this medicine, Don't stop it suddenly, but try to stop it gradually I mean minimize the dose each time.

If you need any help, just email me. I will be happy to answer your request!
GOOD LucK!

Sounds to me like they are saying take only 1 for the 1st 3 days and then after that you can take 2 per day if you need it, like if the 1 pill is not doing the job. You should call the doctors office and ask for clarification, ask if the 2 should be take at the same time or if they need to be spaced out over a few hours etc...

Take one pill twice a day for three days and then after the third day continue with your normal 2 pills a day but add one sometime during the day if you need it (only if you need).

Yes use them till both refills are gone, if you stop early your body will build up a tolerance and they won't work as well if you have to use them again at a later date.

You are taking 6 pills per day, three in the morning and 3 in the late afternoon, early night. Depending on what the treatment is, you can also have got to take it with or without food (are instructions given about this or do you will have a delicate belly?) and you can also want to now not take them almost bedtime (once more, ?Smooth belly or does lying down with a full stomach/medicated belly bother you?).

It sounds to me like you take one tablet every 12 hours for 3 days then one tablet daily if needed. Stop taking after the third day unless you need to take one.

any advice from here would be useless

You need to ask your prescribing doctor what he meant by it.
