i think i can help u on this since im a recruitment consultant, now remember you have to sell yourself to your employer without sounding like a big mouth.
since this is an airline company- which falls in hospitality, they normally consider people's persons, so protray yourself as a people's person. (you dint mention what post this is for).
This is how you can go about it:
1) Start with your name, age, education, family background.
2) Then if you have previously worked before, talk about your experience, starting from the first till the most recent.
3) If youre a fresher concentrate on your education and on how your qualifications can compliment your role.
4) then speak about your personal attributes, characteristics, strengths. if youre asked about weaknesses, please mention some, ppl who say i dont have any are LIARS...
being talkative or detailed minded are safe weaknesses (rather than being emotional or overconfident), talk about your achievements if any, your language abilities, your flexibility, willingness to travel or relocate. (if you are!!)
5) End with a positive note, mention "Thank you for this opportunity & i look forward to hearing from you" and shake hands, firmly...
Remember confidence is a major "turn on" for employers
Good luck!

I know this sounds cliche, but be yourself. I just got hired for a job and I was my funny, goofy but professional dork-like self, and they still hired me!
Generally watch what you say - my interviewer knew I was getting laid off, but I did not say any truly negative things about my past employer because you never know. I just said I felt bad, which was honest, did not understand the decision, which was honest, and made it clear that I knew getting laid off was business, not personal. I think that showed them I had perspective and understood business decisions and could handle things that were out of my control.
Is the 5 minute time limit real or one you made up to get prepared? Does the interview have a structure that you know of in advance?
I know for me, in my interview everyone had my resume, but I was applying for a job that needed 3 year's experience and I had 8 months, they knew I had a passion for what I was doing and that came through when they asked me what I did at my job and why I still wanted to do it/stay in the same field even though I was getting laid off. They can tell - and you can too - when you have a passion or when you care for something. That comes out in talking, not introducing.
They want someone who is excited about the chance to work for them, introduce that, introduce the smart professional who will add more to their team. Do some research on the airlines and their employees, you can find airline employee forums and chat rooms al over the place. If you're in the US, don't forget that overseas airlines have a lot of their culture embedded in the airline, much the same that American Airlines and United Airlines show some US culture in the overseas markets.
Good luck!

Other people have given great answers here, but how you speak is also important, in fact just as important as what you say. Look the interveiwers in the eye (look at all of them if a group interview), speak clearly and confidently and smile a lot. In short, speak in a confident, charming, relaxed way.
Remember, they're looking for people who will be 'face of their airline', so they don't want people who look at their shoes and mumble.
