If she has already told you this, it is likely nothing you could say or so will "make" her think you are hot. Many women just want what they can't have...maybe try being less available and more mysterious.

Being hot and sexy is not necessarily only a physical but its also mental and behavioral!
In my opinion characteristics such as Humor & funny, confident and independent is sexy.
If a guy kept asking me what he had to do to be hot OR also when guys feel the need to talk themselves up to be hot - this is soooo unattractive as it shows no confidence.
Overall just be yourself, ur gf obviously was attracted to Cute in the first place.

That's quite hot to handle,'cos when a babe tells you that ;she means quite alot.
She wants more sexually,and physically;she wants a guy that looks strong with the right biceps and triceps.
i think you should find out from her what she really mean by ,"your not being hot enough for her.
for her to say you're cute n handsome means she likes you enough to want to stay,but she might be eyeing someone else out there and always wishing it were you.
I feel you should find out from her fast before she leaves you for this other guy,am very sure about that fact.

you're cute, so you're lucky but the matter that you are not hot is depends on your behavior. i think you are shy or maybe a geek or unexperienced raw guy that acts like a kid. it's a hard work. you should try to act more adult and be more aggressive to things be more outgoing. this way you might get hot!
