There can be two meanings of your question , are you doubtful about weather you love him or no or you doubt his loyalty?? anyways, I'll try to answer both ..
If you doubt that you don't love him anymore then probably the reason is that you guys have been along for long time and now the relationship has become monotonous. Try to revive your love , do exciting things together which bring you guys together , may be join a dance class or something like that... If things still don't work out discuss your problem with him , and take some mutual mature decision...
for the second part
Plz don't let doubts creep into your relationship at least until you don't have a proof, love is a beautiful relationship based on trust and loyalty. learn to trust your lover , else these false doubts of yours will shatter your relationship . All the best !

Firstly ask yourself the reasons behind that. and if there is any real thing you should have a conversation about your insecurity with your partner
Nothing is better to have a heart to heart (honest) talk with your partner.
And dont worry too much . its sometime natural to have these feelings (As ofcourse you are deeply in love with your partner and you cannot resist any insecurity against him/her..
Most important keep faith on your relationship and pamper it time to time.

Tell him you want some proof of love. Like roses, chocolates, candy, a song, a poem or some other things. Usually men only do this when we feel guilty.
