What is more important to you, physical attraction or and emotional/personality connection?

Emotional and personality, at least in the long run are more important. You can lust over a person due to their looks and your physical attraction short-term; however, sooner or later, as any relationship will progress, you may be not only shocked, but horrified to find out the man that you loved having sex with is a man that has values that you not only do not accept, but abhor and it puts a very different perspective on your wanting to be in any sort of "relationship".

I think this all depends on the person. It depends if they are shallow and only go for looks, versus the person who dont really care what they look like as long as they are cool, and good to be around. In my opinion, most guys look for a physical attraction. But there are some men who dont care if they have a dime piece girl. Most guys just want a girl who they bring around to their buddy's. The physical part is important, but not as important as attitude. I know i would rather bring home a not so attractive girl who is nice and respects my family and friends who also my family likes, rather than bringing home a really hott chick that is mean and no one likes. A pretty girl can get ugly over the years and still be a pain, a girl with a nice personality will most likely always have it.

Physical attraction is important......but in the long run its obvious that the emotional connection has to be present. Appearances fade away after some time but once the emotional connection is established, its wonderful. Personalitties should match....but not to large extent.

Of course both of them matter. Physical attraction though can only go so far, so having an emotional connection with someone definitely means you have something much, much more worthwhile.

Physical attraction is what gets my initial attention, their personality is what keeps me interested and their emotions are what eventually turns me off. I'm a guy.

i think you have to be physically attracted to someone at least a littl e bit to take notice of someone. What's on the inside matters most though obviously.
