I live in Atlanta, and most of us don't refer to the parts of the city in numbers.

jcboyle...not true, police, thugs, bangers, wanna bes, and the list goes on


ATL doesn't use the term "burroughs" or "bungalows" or "sections" either... Generally, ATL uses "neighborhoods", "area", or "part" to describe where we work, live, play and stay.

Don't believe all the hype you hear in music bout the "zones" either...most of ATL rappers are not, nor ever were criminals. Just like everybody else--they just want to get paid.

They are the numbers of Atlanta police precincts, but nobody in Atlanta, except for the police, use them.

ex: zone 7 represent glenwood
