I skateboard and in skateboarding Reflexes and the mucles in the calf and hamstrings play an important role, Im trying to see if any improvment can be made by improving such mucles so I can have quicker reflexes. No im not trying to make it easier for myself because practise is the key to improvment in any sport this is just a lil experiment you could say
