It is just for London. Its a bit of a rip off if you want to travel by train within London though. Its only allowed at certain network rail stations so you still have to make sure you have a valid rail ticket.My mate who lives in Manchester says theres a similar scheme up north but she drives everywhere so i wouldn't take her word for it!!

Just for London I believe.

If you're planning to do extensive rail travel in a specific area, the local rail franchise will probably do a similar kind of ticket or rail card, but it does vary from region to region.
