None of them work. They may temporarily help you lose weight but when you are off of them, or your body builds up tolerance to them, then you gain it back.
Losing weight is not losing weight if you gain it back.
That’s what diet pills do, why do you think there is a new popular one every few months.
Now if you wonder if there are any good supplements and my answer is yes.
There are some supplements that you can take that can enhance a very healthy diet and fitness program and help you to stay committed to it.
7 Keto is an awesome metabolic enhancing compound that helps to reduce body weight and body fat by giving you more of a hormone that tells your thyroid to increase your metabolism. You may say wow, that’s what I need. No, the 7-Keto is all you need, not the other stuff. Yes but no, see the body can only take so much of it at a time before its eliminated by the blood and the rest becomes expensive urine. So you cant just take it alone, it must be part of a plan.
Hoodia by itself, not combined with other compounds, appears to affect the brain by making the stomach feel full and reducing the desire to eat.
Offers safe, caffeine-free, non-stimulant weight management support when used alone. It also may help in metabolizing fats.
Multivitamins - help you maintain the muscle that you have by providing nutrients your cells need. Understand if you don’t put enough nutrients in your body, you will lose muscle because your body will eat the muscle for those nutrients.
These supplements should be part of an overall lifestyle change, to a healthier one.

I took TrimSpa for 6 months and lost 20 pounds. I think I lost the weight because I had to drink sooooo much water to take all the pills, and knowing I was trying to lose weight made me stop eating so much. Also they were really expensive so I really thought about my weight every time I wanted a burger or extra fries, etc. cause that would have made it all a waste.
I stopped taking TrimSpa and kept the weight off - if anything makes you more aware of your diet and take better care of yourself, it can't be bad. I think TrimSpa was just reported as having "no health benefits" or something this week, so I guess you have to watch yourself and what you take.
TrimSpa had hoodia, glucosamine, fiber, and some vitamins in it I think, nothing bad, nothing miraculous either.
Two habits I have kept: 1) No sugary drinks at home, I bought a box of Splenda packets and use that for iced tea, coffee, Kool-aid (yeah, it's good) instead of buying diet drinks all the time and it comes out cheaper; and 2) everytime I want a late night snack, I brush my teeth, even if I've already done it - if I'm still hungry after that then I get a snack, but you hardly ever want to eat after you brush your teeth, even if you do at least your teeth and gums are happy!
So it may not have been the pills :) I have no regrets though and I kept the weight off.
Oh, I don't work out...I walked a lot and had a second job at the time, so I probably worked off weight by the extra activity (I worked at Disneyland, thats a LOT of walking!).
Good luck!
